Senior / Associate Private Client Lawyer  up to Salaried Partner Level

Location: Coventry with hybrid working

Salary: A highly competitive salary is offered, commensurate with experience

We are working with an award-winning, Lexcel accredited, Legal 500-recognised law firm who are looking to appoint a Senior/Associate Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive for their Private Client/Wills, Trusts and Probate team based in Coventry.

This is a key role within the business, leading and mentoring an established Private Client Team

The role will involve:

  • Providing advice on all aspects of wealth protection and inheritance planning for individuals and their families.
  • Dealing with wills, trusts and probate matters including
    • wills
    • probate and estate administration
    • powers of attorney
    • court of protection and deputyship
    • trusts and trust administration
    • contentious probate

Suitable candidates will have:

  • Fully qualified status (solicitor or CLE) and 5 years'+ PQE
  • Experience of managing a wide-ranging private client caseload
  • The ability to lead and mentor less experienced team members
  • Excellent communication skills

This is a full-time permanent job, working 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday. Hybrid working will be accommodated. Free onsite parking is provided.
