Senior Commercial Property Lawyer - up to salaried partner level

Location: Coventry with hybrid working

Salary: up to £80,000 per annum

We are working with a fabulous, award-winning, Lexcel accredited, Legal 500-recognised firm, who are looking to recruit a Senior Commercial Property Lawyer up to salaried partner level, to join their busy team in Coventry. Home working will be accommodated part of the week.

The role will involve: 

  • Running your own caseload of commercial property matters
  • Dealing with all types of property transactions, from small leases of office space to high value and complex multi-million pound property acquisitions or disposals 
  • Working as part of a busy team, who deal with the sale and purchase of commercial, industrial and investment property, lease renewals, estate development, letting and management and property litigation

Suitable candidates will have:

  • Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive status with 8 years'+ PQE
  • Sound experience of running a wide-ranging commercial property caseload from start to finish

This is a full-time permanent job, working 36.25 hours per week Monday to Friday, offered with a range of benefits including:
