I am working with one of the top firms in Coventry who are looking to bring on an experienced and ambitious litigation solicitor to run a varied and complex caseload of commercial disputes. My client have a fantastic reputation not just within the Coventry / Warwickshire area, but across the Midlands, and thus enjoy a steady and reliable stream of inbound matters.My client are looking for an organised and hard working individual to take on the complex caseload, and to play a key role in the running of the department, with a view to moving the successful candidate into a formal position of leadership in the not too distant future.A typical caseload will consist of:
  • commercial contract disputes
  • company and commercial disputes
  • IP claims
  • shareholder and partnership claims, issues and disputes
  • property disputes including landlord and tenant cases
