We are seeking a Senior Private Client Lawyer to join a highly regarded Private Client team within a well-established, forward thinking law firm. This is a key hire offering leadership opportunities, high-quality work, and a clear path to partnership for the right individual.

The Role:

As a senior member of the team, you will:

Lease on complex matters including estate and tax planning, trusts and successions issues.
Advise on wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection work.
Mentor junior colleagues and support strategic team development
Play an active role in client relationship management and business development.
Collaborate with other departments on cross-practice matters for private clients.

The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years PQE in Private Client Law
Strong technical knowledge, particularly in tax planning and trusts.
Excellent client-facing skills with experience advising individuals and families.
Collaborative leader who is commercially aware and ambitious.
