We are currently recruiting for a Tutor and Learner Mentor , someone whom brings creativity, enthusiam and a fearless approach to driving Professional Growth.

The role will be for 3 days a a week based at head office in Coventry.

You will mentor trainers in Alternative Provision, Schools Training and Skills Training and deliver training for trainers to create trainers who captivate and inspire, and empower them to help individuals to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery of training and training of staff for Alternative Provision (AP), online and distance learning

Delivery of training and train the trainers in the delivery of interactive, high-energy training programmes that challenge the status quo and make learning exciting.

  • Work with curriculum to innovate & energise with cutting-edge techniques to keep training fresh, relevant, and unforgettable.
  • Work with Quality on the quality improvement cycle to improve the quality of courses
  • Train trainers on the importance, of and methods to, get feedback from learners
  • Lead from the front, inspiring both trainers and learners with your infectious enthusiasm and deep expertise in inducting them and training them.
  • In conjunction with the Quality Department, continuously assess training effectiveness, gather feedback, and refine programmes to maximise impact and engagement.
  • Work with Marketing and Recruitment to make sure that we recruit people who align with our business goals and personal growth journeys.
  • Drive a Learning Culture Champion a fun, fearless, and forward-thinking approach to development across the organisation.
