Process Leader

A specialist manufacturer of offsite modular construction solutions to the education sector is seeking a Process Leader based in Coventry on a permanent basis.

The Process Leader will ensure best practice in the manufacturing process areas working to exacting standards of detail and a safety-first culture.

The Role

The Process Leader will work on a shift basis as part of the production team supporting effective delivery of the required production targets and a smooth running of the processes using in the manufacturing operation.

You will use modern lean tools to assess process performance and make improvements to the production operation, working closely with the production team and process machinery.

The Process Leader will ensure the effective development of production team members and offer both training and guidance to them as part of their ongoing professional development.


The Person

The Process Leader will have a background in manufacturing with proven experience working with a production team and in a process driven environment.

You will have experience sustaining process excellence, analysing process cycles and cycle times and be conversant with ensuring the most effective process flows.

Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing operation is highly desired for the role in addition to proven communication skills to lead and motivate a production team to achieve product excellence.
