Are you a Conveyancing Legal Secretary or Assistant looking for the next step in your career at a firm known for its conveyancing and high quality of work?

My client is an ever-expanding national law firm with many offices throughout the Midlands and Warwickshire. It is currently looking for a Post Completion Conveyancing Legal Assistant to joint its close-knit team.

The Role

You will be assisting fee earners on all matters relating to the post completion element of the conveyancing process
You will be completing legal documents and applications such as SLDT forms and AP1s, and land registry searches
You will be managing files on behalf of fee earners and closing them upon completion

You will have had experience working within a conveyancing team at a private practice UK law firm
