My client is a Coventry-based multi-site regional firm with an excellent reputation that is currently looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to bolster its close-knit, hardworking team.
The Role
- The initial opening and handling of files
- Assisting fee earners in all aspects of the conveyancing process to include sales and purchase freehold and leasehold matters, re-mortgages and lease extensions
- Post completion work to include AP1s and Land Registry matters
You
- You will have had prior experience working within a private practice conveyancing department
- You will have an excellent phone manner, a keen eye for detail as well as a client-centric approach in all that you do
