As a Legal Administration Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the department. You will be responsible for assisting with client-facing duties, maintaining effective communication with new business introducers, and handling key administrative tasks, all while honing your legal and administrative expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Conveyancing department, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Prepare and draft correspondence using the firm’s case management system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate with clients both over the phone and in person, offering assistance and support throughout their conveyancing journey.
  • Maintain and manage filing systems, including daily filing and organization of client files.
  • Foster strong and professional relationships with new business introducers to aid in business growth.
  • Prepare outgoing mail and ensure the safe dispatch of important documents, as well as the scanning and photocopying of paperwork.
