Job Title: Legal Secretary

Salary:£25,000 plus excellent company benefits

Location: Near Meriden CV7

Hours:Monday Friday 8.30am to 5pm or 9am to 5.30pm

Description:

A well-respected and long-established company is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary with a background in Private Client to join their busy team ASAP.

Highly proficient in both audio and copying typing, you will be competent on all Microsoft applications to carry out the below duties:

Answering the telephone, fielding calls and taking messages

Booking meeting rooms

Diary management

Secretarial support to a small team of fee earners

Audio and copying typing various documents

Onboarding new client documentation

Dealing with a lot of email correspondence

Scanning and printing documents

Reception cover when required

Meeting and greeting Clients

Key Skills/Experience Required:

Previously worked within private client sector

Highly proficient in typing audio and copy with excellent accuracy skills

Excellent organisation and co-ordination skills

Ability to work to deadlines, with an excellent eye for detail

Ability to liaise at all levels.

Competent administrative skills

Ideally of knowledge in LEAP would be desirable

Due to the remote location of the role you will need to be a car driver

In return for your hard work, you will earn a salary of£25,000 with 25 days holiday, pension and private healthcare.
