Clinical Negligence Paralegal

Role: Clinical Negligence ParalegalLocation: Coventry Salary: Up to £30,000

We at Simpson Judge are currently working with a well established multi service law firm who are seeking to hire a Clinical Negligence Paralegal which will support other senior fee earners in the department while gradually building a caseload of lower-value cases dependant on experience.

Part of the responsibilities will include assisting with the pre-screening of new cases as required, drafting legal documents, and conducting legal research and due diligence related to clients and cases.

I am looking for an individual who is either a Law Graduate, has completed the LPC/part CILEx, or has experience fee earning with some experience in Clinical Negligence during their training. Candidates with a background in personal injury-whether defendant or claimant-who are familiar with civil procedures would also be considered.
