Commercial Property ParalegalWe are seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone with significant experience in commercial property law, capable of running their own caseload under supervision. The successful candidate will draft legal documents with limited supervision and prepare comprehensive reports on title.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage and run your own caseload with oversight, focusing on commercial property matters.
  • Draft various legal documents with minimal supervision, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current laws.
  • Prepare detailed reports on title, conducting thorough research and analysis.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties to ensure smooth progression of property transactions.
  • Attend meetings and provide legal support and advice under the supervision of senior staff.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Commercial Property Paralegal.
  • Proven ability to handle a caseload independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong drafting skills and experience preparing reports on title.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A law degree or equivalent legal qualifications.
