My client, a highly regarded Legal 500 regional law firm with an excellent reputation across Warwickshire, is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join its successful and growing property in Coventry. The Role

  • Assisting fee earners with all stages of the conveyancing process, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, mortgage lenders, estate agents and other third parties
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence, including contracts, transfer deeds and completion statements
  • Conducting title checks and property searches and preparing reports
  • Managing files, keeping them up to date and ensuring they are progressed in a timely manner
  • Handling general administrative tasks such as filing, managing calendars and organising client meetings

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience working within a conveyancing department is essential
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong communication and client-care skills
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Proactive, diligent, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
