My client, a renowned Legal 500 firm with a significant presence across Warwickshire, is seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Paralegal to join its Coventry office.

The Role:

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will:

  • Assist fee earners in managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents and other third parties to ensure a seamless and efficient conveyancing process
  • Draft and prepare documents such as contracts, transfer deeds and completion statements
  • Conduct title checks, searches and other pre-completion formalities
  • Handle post-completion tasks, including registration & compliance with Land Registry and lender requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring all work is completed in line with regulatory and firm standards
  • Provide exceptional client care and ensure clear & professional communication throughout the process

You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Prior experience in residential conveyancing, ideally within a similar role
  • A strong understanding of the conveyancing process and associated legal documentation
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the success of the team
