My client is seeking an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Paralegal to support their Residential Property department. You will work alongside an experienced team of solicitors and fee earners, assisting with a range of conveyancing matters from instruction to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to progress their career within a leading law firm.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold matters.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, property forms, and transfers.
  • Conducting property searches, obtaining official documents, and reviewing titles.
  • Managing client communications and providing updates on the progress of transactions.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties.
  • Supporting the team in ensuring that deadlines are met and legal requirements are adhered to.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or in a similar role within a residential property department.
  • Solid understanding of the conveyancing process and relevant legal documentation.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration.
  • Law degree or relevant qualification (desired but not essential).
