Zachary Daniels are currently partnering with a high growth e-commerce business.

Experience within retail, import and export is highly desirable.

I am looking for a Logistics Co-ordinator who will take responsibility for monitoring and managing the performance of the network, including customs brokers and delivery partners. Ensure compliance with agreed SOPs and SLAs through regular performance reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the business function, achieving or exceeding company targets.
• Manage customs brokers' performance for import/export, ensuring compliance with service KPIs and SOPs.
• Oversee delivery partners' performance for import/export, ensuring service KPIs and SOPs are met.
• Represent the International support function in monthly review meetings and calls.
• Ensure all reporting and administration is completed accurately and on time.
• Participate in training, assessment days, and team meetings.
• Collaborate with all International teams to support growth and service enhancement.
• Carry out additional duties as requested by the Head of or Senior Managers.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Key requirements:

• Experience within a supply chain or logistics role
• Competency with Excel
• Aware of customs terminology
• Right to work in the UK
• Currently living within a commutable distance to Coventry
