SF Recruitment are working with a leading automotive engineering company recruit for a material planner. An exciting organisation who are engaged in long term specialist projects for leading OEM’s , the role oversees end to end planning & scheduling requirements .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate material schedules within the SAP system.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory levels aligned with set targets.
  • Follow established departmental procedures.
  • Support supplier management activities.
  • Facilitate efficient movement of parts between vendors.
  • Engage in the ongoing inventory process and review results.
  • Contribute to C.I efforts within the department.
  • Develop, distribute, and coordinate requirement schedules and production plans in collaboration with production leadership.

Skillset Requirements:

  • Proven skillset as a material planner within a manufacturing setting
  • SAP skillset desirable
  • Automotive experience desirable
  • Able to work in a true end to end planning & scheduling role
