We are actively seeking a Production Assistant with a focus on paint spraying and fabrication for a leading client based in Coventry. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player skilled in laser cutting or hand tooling, with the ability to interpret complex instructions. Experience in paint spraying or coating will be highly regarded. Day-to-day of the role:- As a Production Assistant, you will be involved in the fabrication of parts using laser cutting machinery or hand tools according to precise specifications.
- Perform paint spraying or coating tasks to ensure finished products meet the client’s high-quality standards.
- Carefully interpret and follow complex instructions to maintain accuracy in all production tasks.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards.
- Keep a tidy and organised workspace, adhering to safety and environmental policies.
- Proven experience in a Production Assistant role, with a focus on paint spraying and fabrication, or similar positions within the industry.
- Proficiency with laser cutting machinery and hand tooling is highly desirable.
- Ability to work accurately from complex instructions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential for a successful Production Assistant.
- Experience in paint spraying or coating is advantageous but not essential.
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.00 for the Production Assistant position.
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00.
