The business has a proven track record of providing full turnkey solutions to their OEM and Tier 1 clients from initial process concept studies, through engineering design and simulation, manufacture, installation, commissioning, quality maturation, as well as post-launch service and maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities of a Lead Manufacturing Engineer:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of bespoke production lines from scratch, catering to the unique needs of automotive clients.
• Utilize your expertise in automotive Tier 1 environments to drive efficiency and excellence in manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery, from concept to commissioning.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements of a Lead Manufacturing Engineer:

• 7+ years experience in automotive production line manufacturing.
• Automotive Build Experience - Production and VP.
• Experience using Lean Operational Techniques.
• Extensive experience in the automotive Tier 1 environment, with a proven track record of success in delivering automated turnkey solutions.
• Proficiency in designing and optimizing manufacturing processes, with a focus on efficiency and quality.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive projects to completion on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
