As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician, you will maintain the production for the aerospace components being produced. Overseeing both CNC machines, conventional Machines and many others to ensure efficiency; this is through ongoing maintenance, preventative maintenance, fault finding, etc.

Maintenance of various machines on shop floor. Main work is on CNC machine.

Electrical and mechanical knowledge on the machines.

Equipment Mazak, lathes, 5 axis learning machines, solid, EDM, CNC.

Training intro to site and company standards. Mazak training.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Corrective repairs to CNC Machines, plant maintenance and wider equipment
  • Implement corrective maintenance to ensure continuous improvement of company machines
  • Aid other maintenance team members through supportive training and receive your own training where needed

What you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a Maintenance Technician role or similar in a manufacturing environment
  • Good understanding of Maintenance duties for various machines
  • Experience with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) or similar practices
  • Willingness to educate others on best practice for work performance
  • Openness to learn and be trained up in new areas
