A 17th edition electrical qualification is desirable, and the role requires a multi-skilled individual.

Machine Maintenance & Servicing – Perform servicing, troubleshooting, and repairs on CNC and manual machinery, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Planned & Reactive Maintenance – Execute preventative maintenance schedules (PPM & TPM) and respond to breakdowns as needed.
Technical Skills & Compliance – Use PLC diagnostics, read technical drawings, and work with various voltage systems while ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
Facility & Equipment Upkeep – Maintain plant, facilities, and machine consumables, reducing the need for external contractors

Maintenance Engineer Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Previous experience in servicing / service engineer for CNC machines, including mechanical and electrical aspects within a factory environment
Competent with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Conducting TPM & PPM.
Multi skilled.
17th edition electrical qualification desirable.
