This position involves data analysis to diagnose connectivity issues impacting engineering appointment arrangements. As part of this vital team, you will ensure seamless scheduling by identifying and resolving issues, helping to improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data to identify connectivity issues affecting the scheduling of engineering appointments.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve identified issues, ensuring optimal scheduling performance.
  • Provide administrative support to the Scheduling and Connectivity Team as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and report findings to relevant stakeholders to support continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong data analysis skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Prior experience in a technical support, scheduling, or administrative role is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
