We are seeking an experienced and proactive Electrical Site Manager to manage electrical operations on commercial construction sites. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, commercial project management, and the ability to oversee a team of electricians while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day electrical operations on commercial construction sites.
- Coordinate and supervise electrical teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and provide updates on project status.
- Review and interpret electrical designs and schematics.
- Ensure proper material handling, procurement, and site storage.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to electrical codes and safety standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for electrical systems as required.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and safety audits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Gold ECS card
- SSSTS / SMSTS
- Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or similar role in commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical installations, systems, and industry codes.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Experience working with large commercial projects and contractors.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
