Engineering Manager
Location: CoventrySalary: £45,000Hours: Days Monday to Thrusday (08:00am-16:30pm), Friday (08:00am- 13:00pm)
The Role:As the Engineering Manager, you will be leading a small team. This is a hands-on role suited for a leader able to control day-to-day operations, handle facilities management, and ensure a smooth running of the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team in their engineering and maintenance activities
- Mechanical knowledge
- PLC Fault Finding - Allen Bradley
- Co-ordinate contracted services for specialist maintenance activity
- Procure and oversee installation of plant and equipment
- To maintain and improve the plant
Skills & Experience:
- Engineering Management Experience
- Industrial/ Manufacturing Background
- CAD Drawing, Basic AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Plastic Fabrication and Welding
- Excellent fault-finding skills.
