We are looking for anFacilities Managerwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.

As theFacilities Manager,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

TheFacilities Managerwill be responsible for:

  • Managingdemanding scenarios and who can undertake performance monitoring fault diagnosis, using fine tools and equipment.
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders.
  • Interpreting and make judgement across a wide range of highly complex estates issues, considering legislation, expert advice, and conflicting demands.
  • Interpreting legislation, develop work plans and policies, and react to unplanned events/emergencies in a controlled manner.
  • Demonstratinga commitment to and understanding of the importance of treating all individuals with dignity and respect appropriate to their individual needs.

To be successful for thisFacilities Manager role you must have:

  • Experience withLegionella and Water Hygiene
  • Experience working with CAFM systems.
  • Handled PPM planning and reactive maintenance tasks as well as considerable knowledge of Healthcare Engineering services within the Water Hygiene profession.
  • Working in an acute or non-acute hospital setting.
  • Analytical and judgement skills will be essential,
  • NEBOSH /IOSH Certificates and a full UK Driving Licence.
