  • Report to the Manufacturing Engineering Senior Manager, leading & supporting the Engineering team members & functional representatives in the planning, co-ordination, approval, reporting & delivery of all programme activities
  • Develop & maintain deliverable Programme Plans Work closely with cross functional teams to facilitate the development & achievement of detailed work stream plans
  • Analyse & report progress against the plans
  • Work closely with the Engineers to mitigate risks to achievement of the plan

Skills Required:

  • IT Software packages SharePoint & office 360
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Agile to change in a fast moving programme landscape

Skills Preferred:

  • Ensure all company internal documentation is filed & stored in accordance with company procedures & that all project folders are consistently maintained and in adherence to the Records Management policy PTME Administrator (Sharepoint System)
  • Support the team in planning training activities
  • Support preparation for team off-site events

Experience Required:

  • Track progress against issued timings & ensure management & all other functions are aware of future activities & are aligned & committed to achievement of the plan
  • Compile management reports & associated metrics to support management reviews
  • Work within the project management framework that enables the functions to deliver on time and to budget
  • Co-ordinate & facilitate departmental/governance meetings for the Manufacturing Engineering Senior Manager
  • Experience using Microsoft Software Packages (Word, Presentation, Excel, Project)

Experience Preferred:

  • Work with stakeholders to identify & plan containment actions to ensure overall programme timing is maintained
  • Assist in resolution of timing conflicts & make recommendations to maintain milestones within the Product Creation Process (PCS)
  • Communicate project timing to ensure all functions are aware of the future activities & are aligned & committed to achievement of the plan
  • Run/support planning reviews to keep suppliers/engineers/project team aligned & informed
  • Work with Engineers & Suppliers to understand commodity lead times to ensure that equipment is delivered in time to support project timescales
  • Work with Suppliers to ensure that all contracted project documentation is received, filed & stored in accordance with engine plant procedures
