Job Title: Operations Administrator
Location: Coventry
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
We are currently seeking a dedicated Operations Administrator to join our Client in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to play a key role in supporting the operations function of a fast-paced business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth business processes.
- Managing administrative tasks such as preparing reports, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Coordinating logistics and ensuring timely delivery of services or products.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assisting with inventory management and stock control.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an operations or administrative support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to work.
