Are you an Operations Manager looking to play a crucial part in the continued success of an already successful company, where the work you do will play a direct role in contributing to a greener future?
This fast-growing energy consultancy are leaders in sustainable building solutions and large-scale retrofit projects for the social housing sectors. This year, they are expanding to the commercial and new-build sectors and are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the business.
In this varied role you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a growing organization. You'll be responsible for optimizing processes, implementing systems, managing teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
This role would suit an Operations Manager experienced in lead and managing operational processes across departments, looking to join a fast-growing company that offer hybrid working and clear progression within the company as it grows.
The Role:
- Lead and manage operational processes across departments.
- Drive efficiency and quality in retrofit project delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet company objectives.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
The Person:
- Proven experience in operations management
- HR/Finance experience is a bonus
- Commutable to Coventry
