My client is a leading contract catering provider with over 20 years of industry experience, delivering tailored food services across national business and industry clients. They are looking for a passionate Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple sites in the Midlands, drive commercial success, and support a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple sites, ensuring high standards of food service and client satisfaction.
- Manage P&Ls, control costs, and maximise commercial opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead, train, and develop a team of Unit and Area Support Managers.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Continuously improve service delivery and client offerings.
About You
- 2+ years of experience in a senior contract catering role (Area/Regional/Operations Manager).
- Proven ability to manage multi-site operations and P&Ls.
- Strong background in contract catering and client relationship management.
- Passion for team development and driving business growth.
