We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a commercial refurbishment project in Coventry. This role is perfect for a driven and detail-oriented professional who can lead a team, manage schedules, and ensure that all project milestones are met efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Management: Oversee daily operations, manage contractors, and ensure all work aligns with project specifications and quality standards.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety policies on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
- Project Coordination: Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to keep everyone updated on project progress.
- Budget & Schedule Management: Monitor the project budget, manage resources effectively, and ensure timelines are met.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven background in managing commercial refurbishment projects.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Certifications: SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card (black or gold preferred).
- Location: Must be able to commute to Coventry daily.
