M&E Project Manager

Role: Freelance M&E Project Manager 

Location: Coventry (Site based)

Mon- Fri

Day rate; £400 per day - £450 per day dependent on experience

Duration: 18 Months 

Role:

You will be overseeing a very prestigious £20m contract upgrading and remodelling an existing building.

You must be strong client facing, have an excellent people management and sub contractor management abilities too.

You will be able to report proficiently and regularly attend progress meetings with the client and main contractor. 

P&L Management of the project with commercial support from the office.

The ideal candidate will be of an electrical bias as there is a strong management level mechanically underneath you.

Qualifications:

• SMSTS
• HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering of benefit.
• First Aid.
