The individual is responsible for creating and managing effective PPC advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels. The goal is to drive targeted traffic to a website, increase brand awareness, and ultimately maximize return on investment (ROI). The ideal candidate will have a background in running PPC campaigns and monitor paid search budgets. In this role, you should be well-versed in principles of search engine marketing (SEM).

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy and Planning: Develop comprehensive PPC strategies that align with the company’s marketing goals. This includes conducting keyword research, analysing market trends, and identifying target audiences. Write attractive and concise copy for adverts and choose relevant and engaging imagery to support.
  • Ad Creation and Management: Design engaging ad copy and creative assets. Manage daily operations of PPC campaigns, including bid management, budget allocation, and ad placement. Oversee accounts on search platforms such as Google AdWords, Bing & other search partners.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost-per-click (CPC). Use data-driven insights to optimise campaigns for better performance.
  • Reporting and Communication: Generate detailed reports on campaign performance. Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform decision-making processes.
  • Continuous Optimisation: Implement A/B testing to assess the effectiveness of different ad variations. Continuously refine and improve campaigns based on performance data.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and content creators to ensure cohesive campaign messaging.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience in a PPC role. Familiarity with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms is essential.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable insights. Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Creativity: Ability to create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with the target audience.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Time Management: Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferably
  • Certifications: Google Ads certification and other relevant certifications are often preferred.
  • Continuous Learning: Staying updated with the latest trends and changes in the digital marketing landscape is crucial for success in this role.
