A leading player in the industry is currently looking for an Air Conditioning Improver to join their growing team, covering a portfolio of retail sites across Coventry and surrounding areas.
Your new role
As the Air Conditioning Improver, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:
- Working on a wide range of Air Conditioning equipment from split systems to VRV/VRF providing initial PPM works whilst learning more in service / reactive.
- Have excellent customer facing communication skills.
- Have good written communication skills.
- Be able to complete required paperwork and reports in a timely and efficient manner.
- You will be shadowing other AC Engineers on site making sure all duties have been met.
- Monday - Friday role working 40 hours per week. Â
- 1 in 8 call out - paid at £150 standby.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role of AC Engineer, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:
- Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment
- Ideally hold relevant qualifications required e.g., FGAS & ODS regs.
- Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces as well as a willingness to participate in the On-Call Rota.
