As a Chief Engineer - Design & Engineering Integration you will:Â
- Lead the integration of design and engineering projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.

The Chief Engineer - Design & Engineering Integration will have:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the automotive design and engineering field.
- A strong track record of successful project delivery and innovation in automotive engineering.
- The ability to work with design and engineering departments during the delivery of a full vehcile programme.
- Previous exposure of leading the delivery of a Top Hat Integration and/or Vehicle Integration project.
- A hands on approach with excellent communication and team leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- A degree in Engineering, Design, or a related field is desirable.Â
- A passion for automotive technology and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
