- Align the engineering team’s priorities with available resources and budgets. Develop strategies to achieve financial and technical growth, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Assign engineering resources to various projects, escalate issues with proposed solutions to senior leadership, and make impactful decisions to ensure team success.
- Attend and contribute to leadership meetings, collaborating with production and operational leaders to address quality, shipment, and task updates.
- Coordinate team efforts to support production and drive advancements in future technologies, while mentoring engineers at all levels and fostering their professional development.
- Relevant experience in the aerospace industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a related field
