As a Lead Engineer - Body Structures you will:

Lead and mentor a team of engineers in the development of body structures for cutting-edge automotive projects.
Drive the design, analysis, and development of body structures to meet project specifications and industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met within timelines and budgets.
Utilize the latest technologies and methodologies in engineering to innovate and improve design processes.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements in the design and development phases.
Act as a key technical liaison with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

The Lead Engineer - Body Structures will need:

A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Significant experience in body structures design and development within the automotive industry.
Proficiency in CAD software and engineering design tools.
Ability to lead all CAE activities to ensure the product and systems functionality and reliability within crash worthiness
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
