My client is a leader in engineering, known for quality and innovation. They are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical background to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults and breakdowns.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Assist with the installation and commissioning of new machinery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and inventory.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical focus.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read technical drawings and work in a team.
