Mobile AC Engineer

Approach Personnel is currently working with a reputable contractor to recruit for an experience AC / HVAC Engineer on a permanent basis across Coventry and West Midlands. 

As an AC/HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for, but not limiting to;

• The Air Conditioning Engineer would be responsible for undertaking HVAC and building maintenance works including PPM servicing, fault-finding and reactive breakdown repairs to Air Conditioning building services systems and infrastructure
• Rectifying hot/cold issues by adjusting BMS systems.
• Complete jobs mechanical maintenance duties on belts, motors, valves etc.
• Carry out minor installation work and will be comfortable engaging with stakeholders providing them fault diagnostics where necessary

To be considered and successful for the role, you will require, but not limiting to;

• Recognised NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning
• F-GAS 2079 CAT1
• Proven building maintenance experience
• Be able to work at height, on roofs, up steps, and ladders and in MEWPs
• Ability to work with and control of the CAFM system via iPad
