Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, 8:00 am - 5pm

Are you an experienced Service Engineer with a background in BMS (Building Management Systems) servicing? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a growing team based in the Midlands!
The Role:
As a Service Engineer, you'll be part of a dynamic team of 10 engineers, primarily field-based, serving clients across Birmingham, Coventry, and the West Midlands. You'll be responsible for servicing BMS systems for businesses, with daily service schedules arranged to minimise travel, averaging 1 hour each way (max 1.5 hours). Reporting is handled via Simpro to ensure smooth operation and documentation.
We're looking for someone with solid experience in BMS servicing, ideally with knowledge of Trend, Siemens, Schneider, or Niagara systems. This role does not require official qualifications, but experience with BMS systems is essential. HVAC - associated experience is also a key requirement.
What We're Looking For:
- Experienced BMS Service Engineer: Proven experience in BMS servicing roles is crucial. We're not in a position to train junior engineers, so we're seeking someone who can deliver from day one.
- BMS Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with systems like Trend, Siemens, Schneider, or Niagara is preferred. Experience with BCI modules or similar manufacturers is a plus.
- HVAC Experience: A background in HVAC-related systems is needed for this role.
- Geographically Based: Ideally, you'll be based in or near Birmingham, Coventry, or the West Midlands to manage your service area effectively.
