Our client in the Coventry area is looking for a Maintenance Engineering Lead to join their fun and vibrant team due to continued business growth!
Benefits:
- Salary - 40,000 to 60,000 per annum DOE
- Working hours - Monday to Thursday - 08:00am to 16:30pm / Friday - 08:00am to 13:00pm
- Early finish on Fridays!

Role & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate contracted services for specialist maintenance tasks.
- Procure and oversee the installation of plant and equipment.
- Design and draft bespoke items of tooling and equipment used in specialist machinery using AutoCAD software.
- Maintain and improve bespoke electroplating plant systems.
- Work on-site to ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of machinery and equipment.
- Provide support on installation on new bespoke machinery.
- Manage any electrical issues and assign repair orders where necessary.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience within a similar role.
- Proven experience in an industrial background.
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.
- Excellent organisational and fault-finding skills.
- (Desirable) Working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs.
- (Desirable) Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
