Our client in the Coventry area is looking for a Maintenance Engineering Lead to join their fun and vibrant team due to continued business growth!

Benefits:

  • Working hours - Monday to Thursday - 08:00am to 16:30pm / Friday - 08:00am to 13:00pm

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate contracted services for specialist maintenance tasks.
  • Procure and oversee the installation of plant and equipment.
  • Design and draft bespoke items of tooling and equipment used in specialist machinery using AutoCAD software.
  • Maintain and improve bespoke electroplating plant systems.
  • Work on-site to ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of machinery and equipment.
  • Provide support on installation on new bespoke machinery.
  • Manage any electrical issues and assign repair orders where necessary.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience within a similar role.
  • Proven experience in an industrial background.
  • Extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.
  • Excellent organisational and fault-finding skills.
  • (Desirable) Working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs.
  • (Desirable) Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
