Siamo Recruitment are currentlyrecruiting for multiple Production Service Technicians on a permanent basis for our client in Coventry.
Our client is a global leader in advanced manufacturing, dedicated to innovation, excellence, and making their workplace the best it can be.

Role Responsibilities:
Lead and support a production team to deliver top-quality results on time
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently
Solve technical challenges and support the team in troubleshooting issues
Train and mentor operators to help them reach their full potential
Ensure all safety, quality, and maintenance standards are met
Work closely with support functions to keep operations running at peak performance
Foster a positive, motivated, and engaged work environment
What Were Looking For:
3 to 5 years experience in a high-volume automotive or manufacturing environment
ONC/HNC in Engineering discipline, apprenticeship or other relevant experience
A natural leader and role model with strong communication skills
A problem-solver who thrives under pressure
Solid understanding of health & safety regulations and best practices
Strong literacy, numeracy, and technical skills
Passion for teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement
Rotating Shifts:
AM 6:00am till 14:00pm and early finish on Friday at 13:10pm
PM 14:00pm till 22:30pm and early finish on Friday at 18:20pm
or
Night Shift:
Sunday- 20:50pm till 6:00am
Monday to Thursday 22:30pm 6:00am
