Are you a Technical Engineering Manager from a Mechanical or similar background looking for an autonomous leadership role where no two-days will be the same within a multi-faceted Engineering company with a presence across multiple continents who offer the chance to directly influence and oversee cutting edge, specialist projects and to continually progress across the group?
This company are market leaders in Piping systems and Projects and have grown to the point that they have several thousand employees across multiple continents are well known for the training and progression. Due to an ever-increasing workload, they are looking to grow their UK Engineering team.
In this autonomous role you will be the go-to person responsible for overseeing the tight-knit UK Engineering team of 4, focusing on leadership for specialist Plastic Piping projects. You will liaise with stakeholders, clients and other departments as you undertake commercial, sales and technical project focused work providing a varied workload and the chance to make the role your own.
The varied role would suit a Technical / Engineering Manager or similar from a Mechanical / Oil & Gas / Piping background looking for dynamic and technical leadership role within a global engineering company who offer ongoing development opportunities.
The Role:
* Lead Plastic Piping systems for a broad client base
* Manage engineering services team of 4
* Liaise with stakeholders, customers and other departments
* Undertake technical, commercial and sales responsibilities
* Oversee various projects simultaneously, to ensure on time delivery
