Monday to Friday - hours between 7.30am and 5pm1 Saturday morning every 3-5 weeks (8am to 12pm)

The key responsibilities of a Distribution Coordinator:
- Ensure ownership of all your customer relationships.
- Keep internal relations including suppliers and drivers.
- Provide each customer with a high level of customer service by listening to the customers’ needs and providing a level of care and attention deserved to our clients.
- Collaborate within the team to clarify orders, facts and run smoothly
- Taking and scheduling orders
- Administering the allocation of products, repairs, charging, receipts and despatch
- Liaising with service engineers
- Ensuring contracts are in place
- Responding to customer queries and price requests,
The minimum requirements for a Distribution Coordinator:
- Strong customer service and administration experience - ideally shipping / distribution experience
- Great with IT and new systems
- Confident personality and exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to multi-task efficiently
The ideal candidate for Distribution Coordinator:
- Experience with SAP would be advantageous
- Committed and reliable
- Easy to get along with
- High attention to detail with a positive 'can do' attitude
- Enjoy a team-based environment
