- Role: Locum CPN or Social Worker
- Responsibilities: Care coordination, managing a caseload of adult clients with mental health needs
- Start Date: ASAP
- Hours: Full-time or part-time (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm)
- Location: Coventry area – part remote working may be considered
- Essential Requirements:
- Must be a car driver with access to a vehicle
- Proficient in using CareNotes
- Experience carrying a caseload
