Description
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering our strategic HR agenda across the UK. You'll partner closely with senior leaders, ensuring that people strategies align with and drive business objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a strategic partner to the Executive Committee, influencing and guiding decisions to achieve business goals.
- Leading and supporting on complex HR projects, including organisational design, talent management, and workforce planning.
- Driving cultural change and embedding initiatives to enhance engagement, performance, and leadership capabilities.
- Collaborating with leaders to develop and implement policies and practices that align with business needs.
- Analysing HR metrics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of people strategies.
This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to manage your own diary. You'll typically spend 3-4 days in the offices in the Midlands or on-site across the UK and 1-2 days working from home, depending on business needs.
Profile
We're seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking HR professional who can bring expertise and fresh ideas to the table. Ideally, you'll have:
- Significant experience in a Senior HR BP or similar strategic HR role.
- A background in manufacturing, construction, engineering, logistics, or facilities management (FM).
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent).
- A proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport at all levels.
