  • Delivering dynamic and engaging lessons that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Cultivating a vibrant and supportive learning environment where children feel inspired to explore and develop.
  • Monitoring children's progress and offering thoughtful feedback to enhance their growth and learning experiences.
  • Using effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a harmonious classroom.
  • Working collaboratively with staff members and fostering strong communication with parents and carers about children's development and well-being

What you'll need to succeed

  • A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or EYTS).
  • In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework.
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
  • A proactive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for teaching young children.
