Hays Education collaborates with a range of schools across the Coventry area, delivering high-quality supply solutions for daily, short-term, and long-term staffing needs. We are looking for qualified teachers to join our supply team, covering Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
Your new role
- Delivering dynamic and engaging lessons that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Cultivating a vibrant and supportive learning environment where children feel inspired to explore and develop.
- Monitoring children's progress and offering thoughtful feedback to enhance their growth and learning experiences.
- Using effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a harmonious classroom.
- Working collaboratively with staff members and fostering strong communication with parents and carers about children's development and well-being
What you'll need to succeed
- A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or EYTS).
- In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- A proactive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for teaching young children.
