We are currently partnering with an industry leading organisation, who are recruiting for a Part-time Payroll Clerk to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
This role requires 25 hours/week and flexible daily office presence in Coventry. The full-time salary equivalent is £30,000-£35,000.Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Processing end-to-end payroll for approx. 380 employees monthly
- Dealing with employee shifts, absences and overtime
- Assisting with car benefits for a small fleet and processing P11Ds
- Processing new starters and leavers, ensuring all relevant information is accurate and updated accordingly
- Posting to payroll journals and producing relevant reports
- Answering and resolving payroll queries and completing manual calculations
Experience required:
- End-to-end monthly payroll experience
- Experience with processing car benefits and P11Ds is preferrable
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Good understanding of statutory deductions to include pensions and auto enrolment.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deal with multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrate ability to work on own initiative and work as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills

- 25 hours per week
- Monday - Friday, flexible hours
