The HR/Payroll team is dedicated to producing top-notch products and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage the company's payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure all employee data is up to date.
  • Handle payroll queries from employees and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the HR and finance departments to streamline payroll processes.
  • Assist with year-end payroll activities and audits.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll procedures and regulations.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
