we are looking for a Residential Scheme Manger on a part time basis within the Coventry and Atherstone area to work with a Well-Established Housing Association.

Job Title: Residential Scheme Manager
Location: Coventry and Atherstone
Hours: 30 hrs a week
Contract type: Temporary
Pay: £18 per hour paid via umbrella

As a Residential Scheme Manger, you will be:
  • Maintaining the appearance of the building
  • Raise any repairs to the correct team
  • Ensure the building is compliant
  • Supervise and manage the lease hold of the building
  • Act as first point of contact between the company and residents
  • Carry out and record external and internal block inspections

As our ideal Residential Scheme Manager, you will have:
  • Basic knowledge of IT skills
  • Experience within Safeguarding
  • General understanding of the health and safety legal requirements
  • Able to work separately and on your own
  • Ability to communicate effectively

This role requires a basic DBS check
