Applicants should have relevant experience and will need to undergo a basic DBS check.

we are looking for a Residential Scheme Manger on a part time basis within the Coventry and Atherstone area to work with a Well-Established Housing Association.

Job Title: Residential Scheme Manager
Location: Coventry and Atherstone
Hours: 30 hrs a week
Contract type: Temporary
Pay: £18 per hour paid via umbrella

As a Residential Scheme Manger, you will be:

Maintaining the appearance of the building
Raise any repairs to the correct team
Ensure the building is compliant
Supervise and manage the lease hold of the building
Act as first point of contact between the company and residents
Carry out and record external and internal block inspections

As our ideal Residential Scheme Manager, you will have:

Basic knowledge of IT skills
Experience within Safeguarding
General understanding of the health and safety legal requirements
Able to work separately and on your own
Ability to communicate effectively

This role requires a basic DBS check
